Our Gift Cards make the perfect gift for all occasions and are available in many denomination options for merchandise up to the prepaid value of the card.

MoMA E-Gift Card purchase

Good for merchandise only; cannot be used to purchase membership or museum entry.
If you wish to add a personal message to E-Gift Cards, simply type your message in the message field during the purchase process.
E-Gift Cards can be redeemed for an international order, but they cannot be included and purchased in an international order.
E-Gift Cards are issued only in U.S. dollars ("USD").
Additional value may be added to this card anytime in stores or by phone.
Offers on merchandise cannot apply to the purchase of E-Gift Cards.

MoMA E-Gift Card delivery

E-Gift Cards are delivered to the recipient's email address.
E-Gift Cards are sent to the recipient's email within an hour after your online purchase.
If you wish to add a personal message to an E-Gift Card, simply type your message in the message field during the purchase process.
E-Gift Cards will include the recipient's name, sender's name, gift message, gift amount and card number.
E-Gift Cards can be redeemed on an international order, but they cannot be purchased on an international order.
Common reasons why E-Gift Cards' delivery may have not been received by the recipient are: spam filter block, email routed to a bulk/spam folder, or an invalid email address.

MoMA E-Gift Card redemption

Shop and proceed to checkout as usual. On the checkout page, enter your number, and click Apply Gift Card. If the value of your Gift Card does not cover the full cost, a credit card may be used to cover the difference.
Once you have redeemed an E-Gift Card it will be added the credit to your current balance, so you can use it on one purchase and then another with any remaining balance.
E-Gift Cards are redeemable through Store.MoMA.org, placed by phone at 1.800.851.4509, or at any MoMA Design store locations in Manhattan.
E-Gift Cards cannot be redeemed in our affiliate locations and websites in Japan or Korea.
E-Gift Cards can be redeemed for an international order, but they cannot be included and purchased in an international order.

MoMA E-Gift Card terms and conditions

E-Gift Cards may not be returned, redeemed for cash, or applied as payment on any account.
MoMA Design Store is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged cards, or for any unauthorized card use.
E-Gift Cards that are altered or obtained fraudulently are subject to confiscation or voiding by MoMA Design Store.
E-Gift Cards do not expire. No service or inactivity fees apply.
E-Gift Cards are not credit, debit, or charge cards, and have no implied warranties.
E-Gift Cards are not refundable and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash, check, or credit.
E-Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards.
E-Gift Cards that are altered or obtained fraudulently are subject to confiscation or voiding by MoMA Design Store.
E-Gift Cards, including those that are lost, stolen, or destroyed, will not be replaced for any reason.
MoMA Design Store is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged cards, or for any unauthorized card use.
E-Gift Cards cannot be resold, or transferred for value. Void if, resold, transferred for value, or redeemed for cash.
Unused E-Gift Cards may not be transferred other than as a gift.
MoMA Design Store reserves the right to change these requirements.
