We now offer returns using our prepaid return label. Return your online order by mail and print your prepaid return label using our interactive return tool. You will need your order number, email, and zip code. Use of our convenient pre-paid return shipping label is $7.95 per package, which will be deducted from your refund.
Your satisfaction is our goal. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the merchandise within 90 days for a refund in the form of original payment.

Return information on U.S. orders
- Shipping and handling charges are not refundable
- All sale items are final sale
- Use of our convenient pre-paid return shipping label is $7.95 per package, which will be deducted from your refund. Items that required additional shipping cannot be returned with our pre-paid label. Please contact Customer Service for these items here.
- Gift recipients will receive a merchandise credit in the form of a MoMA Gift Card
- Include the completed return form and return the package via insured ground service
- The item returned must be in its original product packaging in salable condition and mailed in an appropriate size shipping box
- Returns can also be processed at our three MoMA Design Store locations in New York
- Gift Cards and E-Gift Cards are non-transferable, non-refundable and are not redeemable for cash
- Non-furniture items must be returned in good condition - unused and unwashed
Return information on international orders
- For orders shipping to international addresses, select shipping country at the top of our banner and proceed to shop. Select Continue to Shipping on the Shopping Cart to proceed with your international order.
- For orders that are purchased and shipped outside of the United States, we do not accept returns in either our stores or online.

To ship your return:
- Pack your items securely.
- Include your completed return form
- Return the package via insured ground service.
- Packing slip.
- The item returned must be in its original product packaging in salable condition and mailed in an appropriate size shipping box.
- We'll process your return within 2-3 weeks from the day you send it back.
Cancellation & return policy on special order
- Items marked as Special Order cannot be cancelled.
- Items marked as Special Order are final sale and non-returnable. See product page for exclusions and exceptions.
- Custom or personalized items are not returnable, unless received damaged or defective.
- If an item arrives damaged or defective, let us know within 48 hours of delivery and we will make arrangements for a replacement or refund if necessary.
