A gift recipient may return a gift by contacting us here or by calling customer service at 800.793.3167. Monday to Friday, 9:30am - 5:00pm ET. Gift returns are refunded with a MoMA Gift Card. Please have the order number ready, which is available on the pack slip. Gift returns must be received within 30 days of delivery. Once the return package is accepted and processed, the gift recipient will receive their MoMA Gift Card.
A gift purchaser may return a gift through the standard returns process for a refund.
