Special order delivery details:

Special order items will be fulfilled and delivered by another partner.
Some special order items require additional shipping time and may be shipped within the contiguous U.S., as noted on the product page.
If your order qualifies for White Glove or Threshold delivery, you (or the recipient) will be contacted by the shipping company to arrange for a convenient delivery date
Special order items will be charged at the time of purchase.
Once a Special Order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled.
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact customer service within 48 hours of receipt.
Items marked “Special Order” are final sale and not returnable.
Custom or personalized items are not returnable, unless received damaged or defective.

Types of special delivery services noted on our items:

Front Door Delivery:

Your package will be delivered outside of your front door.

Depending on the item, a customer service representative from the shipping company may call you with information regarding your delivery window. Customer’s inspection and signature may be required to accept delivery. Other items will be delivered by a common carrier (UPS, FedEx, etc.) and may or may not require a signature.

Threshold Delivery:

Your package will be brought into the first room of the home or into the entrance of the apartment complex.

Once your item is ready locally for final delivery, a customer service representative from the shipping company may call you with information regarding your delivery window. Customer’s inspection and signature will be required to accept delivery.

White Glove Delivery:

The packaged product will be placed in your room of choice. Unpacking product, debris removal and assembly, if applicable, will happen on site. Some exclusions apply.
