Standard Delivery

$7.95 Standard Flat Fee Shipping applies to orders shipped in the contiguous 48 states and it does not apply to orders shipped internationally.
Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and U.S. Territories standard shipping cost is $22.95.
Free Shipping offers only apply to standard delivery shipments.
Your order arrives within 3 - 7 business days for most in-stock merchandise.
Please allow extra time for packages shipped to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses.
You may not ship or direct shipment to freight forwarders.
Special order items and special delivery items will be charged at the time of purchase.
Items ordered together may not arrive in the same box.
Most packages will be shipped by UPS and final delivery will be made by your local mail carrier.

There is a 9 lb. limit for delivery to P.O. Boxes.

Overnight delivery

$32.95 per address.
Orders placed by 11AM ET for most in-stock merchandise will be delivered in the contiguous U.S. within 1 business day.

MoMA Memberships

MoMA Memberships are delivered free of charge and shipped to U.S. separately from items in your U.S. order and arrive within 10 business days.
Memberships purchased on store.moma.org cannot be mailed to international addresses.
Memberships purchased on moma.org can be mailed to international addresses and arrive within 3 weeks.

Gift Cards

MoMA E-Gift Cards are delivered via email on selected delivery date.
MoMA Store Gift Cards, which are not presently sold, are shipped next business day and arrive in 5 to 7 business days in the U.S.

Special delivery shipping details:

Some oversized and white glove delivery items require additional shipping time and may be shipped by truck within the contiguous U.S., as noted on the product page.
You (or the recipient) will be contacted by the shipping company to arrange for a convenient delivery date.
Special order items and special delivery items will be charged at the time of purchase.
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your merchandise arrives damaged, please contact Customer Service immediately.
Custom items are not returnable, unless damaged or defective.

Types of special delivery services noted on our items:

Front Door Delivery:

Your package will be delivered outside of the front door of your home or inside the entryway of your apartment building.

Depending on the item, it may delivered by a common carrier (FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc). Other items may be delivered by a local shipping company and a customer service representative from the shipping company may call you with information regarding your delivery window. Customer’s inspection and signature may be required to accept delivery.

Threshold Delivery: Your package will be brought into the first room of the home or into the entrance of the apartment complex.

Once your item is ready locally for final delivery, a customer service representative from the shipping company may call you with information regarding your delivery window. Customer’s inspection and signature will be required to accept delivery.

White Glove Delivery: The packaged product will be placed in your room of choice. Unpacking product, debris removal and assembly, if applicable, will happen on site. Some exclusions apply.
