Standard Delivery
- $9.95 Standard Flat Fee Shipping applies to orders shipped in the contiguous 48 states and it does not apply to orders shipped internationally.
- Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and U.S. Territories standard shipping cost is $22.95.
- Free Shipping offers only apply to standard delivery shipments.
- Your order arrives within 3 - 7 business days for most in-stock merchandise.
- Please allow extra time for packages shipped to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses.
- You may not ship or direct shipment to freight forwarders.
- Special order items and special delivery items will be charged at the time of purchase.
- Items ordered together may not arrive in the same box.
- Most packages will be shipped by UPS and final delivery will be made by your local mail carrier.
- Please note Return Policy, Final Sale and Restocking Fees Policy on select items.
- There is a 9 lb. limit for delivery to P.O. Boxes.
- Some over-sized, special delivery and white glove delivery items require additional shipping as noted on the product page and email confirmation.

Express delivery
- $24.95 per address.
- Orders placed by 11AM ET for most in-stock merchandise will be delivered in the contiguous U.S. within 2 business days.
- We do not offer express delivery to APO, FPO, PO Boxes, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and U.S. Territories.
Overnight delivery
- $32.95 per address.
- Orders placed by 11AM ET for most in-stock merchandise will be delivered in the contiguous U.S. within 1 business day.
- We do not offer overnight delivery to APO, FPO, PO Boxes, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and U.S. Territories.
MoMA Memberships
- MoMA Memberships are delivered free of charge and shipped to U.S. separately from items in your U.S. order and arrive within 10 business days.
- Memberships purchased on store.moma.org cannot be mailed to international addresses.
- Memberships purchased on moma.org can be mailed to international addresses and arrive within 3 weeks.
Gift Cards
- MoMA E-Gift Cards are delivered via email on selected delivery date.
Special delivery shipping details:
- Some oversized and white glove delivery items require additional shipping time and may be shipped by truck within the contiguous U.S., as noted on the product page.
Special order deliveries are scheduled during our delivery partner’s standard business hours, Monday through Friday.
As the order was shipped exactly as it was entered at checkout, we’re unable to make changes once it has been processed and dispatched.

Types of special delivery services noted on our items:
Front Door Delivery:
Your package will be delivered outside of the front door of your home or inside the entryway of your apartment building.
Depending on the item, it may delivered by a common carrier (FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc). Other items may be delivered by a local shipping company and a customer service representative from the shipping company may call you with information regarding your delivery window. Customer’s inspection and signature may be required to accept delivery.
