Canceling orders

Once orders are placed, they are processed almost immediately.

If you have made an error in placing your order or need to alter or cancel your order, we suggest calling our customer service team for assistance during business hours. 

International orders, in particular, are processed with tracking almost immediately. We may not be
able to make changes to these orders.
