To apply a promotion code
To apply a promotion code you have received, add your items to your cart and proceed to checkout.
On the Order Summary, you’ll find a field to input your promotion code, then hit Apply
Your promotion code will be automatically applied to your item or order and will be reflected in your order total.
- For Shipping promotion codes, please apply the code on the Billing page in the checkout process.
- For Member promotion codes, please apply the code on the Billing page in the checkout process after checking out as a Member.

Promotion code information
- Only one promotion code can be used per order.
- Promotion codes and promotions applied automatically at checkout cannot be combined with 20% first-time member discount.
- Promotion codes for MoMA members can only apply if the member is logged in as a member.
- Promotion codes cannot be applied to previous or future purchases and some product exclusions apply. Exclusions are noted on the product pages.
- We are not responsible for typographical errors.
- If your promotion code is not working, please call to place your order or contact customer service.
- Promotion codes can only be used on in stock merchandise.
