Members at the Access category and above will automatically receive a membership card in the mail, separate from the items in their order. Please allow up to three weeks for it to arrive. If you have not received your card after three weeks, contact us at membership@moma.org.
MoMA Annual Pass Members need to download their digital membership card by creating a new account or logging into moma.org.
Some membership categories, including Annual Pass, are digital-only. Physical membership cards are not issued to members in these categories. If your category is digital-only and you require a hard copy of your card, stop by the Member Desk during your next visit to the Museum to request one.

Ways to receive your MoMA member discount benefits:

Once you select and add your membership to your shopping cart, items will reflect your 20% first-time member discount when you add items to your cart.
Log In to your existing account, ensure your membership information is located under Membership.
Create a new account, and link your membership number by clicking on your Account Membership tab and entering your membership number in order to receive your member discount benefits. For future purchases, sign into your account to receive your member benefits and view your orders.
Checkout with your Membership on the Secure Checkout page. If you forgot your Member number, click on Forgot your Member number? and we will email it to you!
