U.S. Delivery
- Members at the Access category and above will automatically receive a membership card in the mail, separate from the items in their order. Please allow up to three weeks for it to arrive. If you have not received your card after three weeks, contact us at membership@moma.org.
- MoMA Annual Pass Members need to download their digital membership card by creating a new account or logging into moma.org.
- Some membership categories, including Annual Pass, are digital-only. Physical membership cards are not issued to members in these categories. If your category is digital-only and you require a hard copy of your card, stop by the Member Desk during your next visit to the Museum to request one.
International Delivery
- Memberships purchased on store.moma.org can be mailed to international addresses, but items must be purchased separately if shipping to an international address.
- Your billing address would need to be the shipping address.
- International mailings may take longer for delivery.
Additional membership categories are available. Memberships are not refundable or transferable. Member benefits are for personal, noncommercial use only. Categories, benefits, and prices are subject to change.
